Overview

Short film and print campaign for The Gaia Foundation as part of their annual report focussing on the devastating effects of mining and extraction processes on the water cycle. Opening with a celebration of the life giving qualities of water, the film takes the point of view of a drop of water as it falls from the clouds and builds from a stream to a river giving life to jungles and villages before reaching the open sea. As the cycle repeats, human intervention takes the film in a darker direction.The destructive processes touched on in the film are explained in further detail in the report and a supporting infographic.
